The Challenge: 

Established 4 years ago, the company has never had marketing resource or guidance before. They relied on existing relationships, word of mouth and referrals as the only method of gaining new clients, however the referrals were drying up and they were struggling to attain a consistent sales pipeline. The company and founder are highly technical, and the service offerings were full of jargon and technical terms.
